Kelsey Hudson, who has been nominated for The Inspiration Award, has dedicated half her life to coaching cheerleading to the young people of Reading.
Over those 16 years, she has coached teams to regional, national, European and even world championship level, said her nominator.
With her guidance and expertise, the team has earned more than 200 trophies, multiple regional and national champion titles, and coming sixth in the 2022 World Championships in Florid, they said.
“The 2023 season saw the best results yet, with all teams placing first at every event they attended, remaining undefeated all year!
“This is not an easy task and Kelsey works incredibly hard alongside her full-time job to ensure the teams have the best opportunities. She is a positive role model to these young athletes from Reading and deserves the recognition.”
