Charlotte Allchin works tirelessly to engage people of all ages in the natural world, says her nominator for Community Champion, sponsored by Reading Football Club.
They said: “In addition to a range of activities throughout the year she also organises Wild About Reading where a whole series of events happen over a few days, including engaging many volunteers who then lead small groups on walks and talks and workshops.
“She does this simply for the love of getting others inspired by the natural world.” Charlottte works with environmental group Nature Nurture.
