Steve Woods
Steve, who has worked for Aker Solutions for over 20 years, has been dubbed “one of a kind”.
He “single-handedly” led the firm's engagement with schools and colleges in Reading, including launching and leading a manufacturing apprenticeship scheme, hosting work experience placements, conducting presentations at local schools and organising school visits to the company.
His passion for helping people has spread to the companies employees too, Steve serves as a UK employee representative and a member of the Global Works Council.
